One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Expert Services

Experts on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of InnovatorsGuru. The advice they provide is their professional opinion and should not be considered legal, financial, or medical advice unless they are licensed to provide such advice.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
Prices are set by individual experts and include our platform fee
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are fully refundable
Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee
No-shows forfeit the full amount

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Circumvent the platform for direct payments
Share account credentials
Post false or misleading information
Harass other users or experts
Use the platform for illegal purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

InnovatorsGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or any advice received through expert consultations.
